Gelato vs Ice Cream?
Gelato is a dense, intensely flavoured Italian frozen dessert made with more milk than cream, less air (due to slower churning), and served slightly warmer than ice cream, giving it a smoother, silkier texture. Because it’s denser than ice cream, less dominated by ingredients such as cream and eggs, and served at a slightly higher temperature, the specific flavours really stand out.
